As part of this month’s Art Walk, Bright Prospect college students organized and executed an Arts & Music Night featuring work by 18 visual artists in both college and high school and live performances by Albert Chavez, Darathy Chheang, Alex Armendariz, Nestor Navarro, and Audrey Govea. Members of the community visited the exhibit throughout the night, enjoyed refreshments, and even took to drawing their own pieces which were later taped the wall. Special thanks to the planning committee: Alex Armendariz, Cintia Flores, Tania Diaz, Estefanni Chavez, and Gema Mendez. The next Arts & Music Night will coordinate with the Goddess of Pomona Festival on August 11, 2012. Please join us in supporting our artists!
